Horrible experience. The owner came out to my property to scope out the job, said he would call back in two days with a quote. I tried calling him twice over the next week with no response. I recommend carving out time in the day to get back to future customers or hiring a receptionist. Will not be hiring them based on bad customer experience.

We use Level Action to plow the snow in the parking lot of our union hall. We've had two different people come out to plow and both have been excellent. Great guys and they do a super job.
The owner is rude and has zero people skills. His company is known for littering, yelling at people with their kids while in company trucks and charging far beyond their quotes. Do not go to them.
I hired Level Action Landscaping to re-do my back yard last summer. They did a paving stone pad, turf, underground sprinklers and fencing. I was out of town at the time, and when I came home from my holidays I couldn’t believe the quality of work that was done. Things that were not on the original quote like landscaping ties under the fence panel so they would not rot in the grass were put in for free. My two neighbours on either side of me were thrilled to get a new fence for free and my elderly neighbour was even more thrilled when the Level Action employees did some free work in their yard as a courtesy and removed a lot of garbage for them. I along with my neighbours were very impressed with how professional the workers were and how quickly the job was done. I now have one of the nicest yards in my complex and most likely the only one with underground sprinklers. I would highly recommend hiring Level Action Landscaping.
