When you look at the name “Look out landscaping” that’s exactly what you need to do is look OUT! for these people are very shady. Super friendly to take your money but in return they don’t perform what is promised. I am a proud supporter of each local business and when a business is not true at heart then it’s my obligation as a client to provide my honest feedback. See for yourself, maybe they where having a bad day and they took it out on me! So do Look Out not recommend.

After city water main failure, I contacted Look out landscaping for a quote to repair damage to my yard as I needed the quote for a claim. They showed up promptly on time Dec 14 to measure and inspect the damages. I was told I should expect a quote in a few days. After two weeks I contacted them and they said they were still waiting for the boss's approval. Another couple weeks went by and talked to someone else who said they were all in the office and would finalize it that day. Many unanswered phone calls and messages since seemed to be ignored. Finally Feb 5 managed to make contact, and was told rather rudely that someone else was needed to come and give a quote as the original was not there as the person that did the quote no longer worked for them. Their lack of organization and professionalism has delayed my claim as they sat on my quote without so much as a word to me. Save your time, go with someone else. I did.
The crew did a great job at our home. They were kind, courteous and respectful. Even though there were a few slight changes to the plans, they consulted me every step of the way and it turned out better than we had pictured.
We had a great experience with the guys that installed our irrigation system. They answered the phone right away and were out to quote the job the next day. They were very detailed in the process of the installation and answered all the questions we had during and after. I would highly recommend this company.
We wanted a large island removed from our front yard. Once we hired Lookout, they took care of everything, from getting the property surveyed for underground issues, to laying down the turf like it was always a part of our lawn. Such a relief to leave it all in their hands and to have them be so thorough, professional, and perfect. Would highly recommend!
