I run a charity that helps families in developing nations and I use their Western Union service a couple times a week. Friendly hard working staff and have never had an issue with a transfer!
I have gone in to Money Mart , Landsdown location a few times , my last visit was approx 2 months ago. I needed to cash my gst cq and found the cashier to be very informative and helpful. I left feeling satisfied with my experience :)
