Horrible experience .I moved up from the states.. My husband and I went in for a cut, we both had PICTURES of exactly what we wanted. She didn't even bother with scissors.. All she used was a clipper. .She ruined our hair. We got scalped. We're both so ashamed of our cuts that we wear hats to cover it up till it grows out. We will never go back. My states hairdresser was excellent. .She has done my hair exactly as I've asked for years.. My color was always perfect .. Then this happens. .Thank God I didn't get my color work done too. Now I'm afraid to go anywhere here in KAMLOOPS..
