5 Star without a doubt! I cannot express enough gratitude I have for Rite-Way fencing, my experience with Tyler for our service was above and beyond. I was out of town while this terrible situation with my code gated fence happened ( may I add this fence was previously installed by another company ) I called Tyler in a frantic position after hours on end of trying to get through to the company which had installed it initially, explained my dilemma to Tyler as he calmly took in my information allowing me to ease a bit more. This god send left his own desk in a heart beat to check on our gate because his technicians were attending other sites. Tyler truly stepped up, not only did he stay for hours excelling in his profession to make sure our business was taken care of but he kept me posted on the process, allowing me to stay assured over our property. After it was fixed he stayed on site for reoccurring testing to secure the safety of our business. I’m very thankful for the outstanding service that was delivered. Rite-Way Fencing will and always keep our business. We look forward to using Rite Way Fencing for our future developments. I highly 150% recommend Rite Way Fencing, They deliver security, stability, integrity and a high professionalism service.

We spent nearly 10,000 on our vinyl fencing and after 2 years the hinges and latches that they supplied are falling apart and we couldn’t be unhappier with the service, product and professionalism shown by Chris and the guys at Rite-Way. After waiting 7 months for our fence to be installed Chris ended our fence in the wrong location even after being told multiple times on multiple occasions exactly where we wanted it to end. Then when we complained about his mistake he threatened to charge us an extra 500 for a fence panel that doesn’t even exist!! When my wife showed Chris the hinges and latches that we’re falling apart he told her that he couldn’t get replacement parts because Rite-Way no longer deals with that company because their products are poor quality and fall apart! All he did do was tell my wife where she could go to purchase some better quality parts that we could install ourselves. When I asked Chris why this wasn’t covered under warranty he told me that Rite-Way’s warranty is on the vinyl fence itself only and not the parts that actually hold the fence up. Wow! I’m still not sure if these guys are scam artists or just really incompetent but either way they’ve lost our business.
