I was in twice this week to order appliances for our home and met with Bridge Sanderson both times. He was so great to work with and his customer service was amazing! He made the process incredibly easy. Sylvia at check out was also very friendly! We live in the opposite area of town as this store's location so we haven't shopped here often but we will definitely be making the drive to this location for now on!

I only go here as my last resort. Some items (especially those found online) I never seem to get much help with. They don't even have an option to ship to the store for free pickup. Overall it's okay... But I try the other hardware stores first.
The gentleman was very helpful and we found exactly what we were looking for. He went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted
