Would never recommend wasting your time at this place. They say they can help you and after 30 minutes of waiting they tell me they can't. Worst service
This company loaned me a few dollars half a year ago and I went to the hospital with a tumor. I informed them of that and even though I had no income due to illness they STILL debit my bank account each month!! I called them and told them I have no income. Ashley, one of the workers was extremely rude, said they would proceed with collections.. I said fine.. to find out they are still debiting my account after all this time!!! I am a sick single parent to an autistic child and my bank account is severely overdrawn even though Ashley said it would be sent to collections....why keep debiting my bank account after all this time? What are you trying to get? There is nothing there to take!!! now the account is -7**.65 and whom is going to pay that!? NOT ME!
Always a friendly place. Fast service and only a couple pages to sign. Easy access. Staff are cheerful and interact professionally but human. Bravo!
