messy place. They don't even offer us a towel on the chair, I had to put my own clothes there. The lady did not even master the technique and she was rude .. the employees and the service very unprofessional .. worst experience

I got stood up for my appointment. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance over email, and when I showed up the door was locked and they didn't answer any of my phone calls. Very unprofessional.
I've been to a few sugaring/waxing places in my time and this was close to the worst experience I've had. I know mistakes happen but I waited for a half hour because of a schedule misread, their signage isn't up yet so I also had a really hard time finding the place to start. I found the salon itself to be shanty and the floors were filthy. There was also no paper lining on the table or a cover for me and the wipes were just in a communal container which seems unsanitary. Once the procedure began I didn't feel like she was very experienced and I ended up with severe bruising and irritation afterward. For the price of the service I expected a lot more, and have had way better experiences for a heck of a better price.
Easier on my skin than wax. Stays smoother longer, too. And the ladies are super professional.
Amazing Services! Being a real wuss I was very skeptical on sugaring - I was no fan of waxing and would not see why this would be any better. BOY WAS I WRONG! Yes the first time might have been a bit unpleasant, but the second time it was AREADY so doable! Kristen is very skilled and she takes her time for her clients. She is also great fun to chat with throughout the service. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone! :)
