Just tried to go here and there is a sign saying permanently closed. Check with the front desk person and he said it is indeed closed.

The new menu since Oct 2018 is.... Amazing. It might be the best burger in town. Hoping they keep the quality up and get listed on skipthedishes soon.
I would give a 0 if I could. We waited over 2.5 hours for our food. When we asked the only server on shift how much longer for the meals she mentioned she saw the sides were ready it was just the entrees they were waiting for. We were then worried our food would be cold as our chicken wing appetizers were served cold after about a 1hr wait. After another long wait our food was served and like we thought, it was cold. The rest of us kept quiet while one member from our party made a comment as her french fries were ice cold. After finishing our meal we then waited 20 minutes in the lobby just for our bill (everything is a waiting game at this restaurant). The server kept running up and down the stairs as she needed a non existent manager to approve the discount for the cold fries. Apparently out of 3 managers there was not 1 manager on site which is blasphemy as the menu is 18 with young teenagers/1 adult bartender running the place? You could tell there was no direction of any kind as there was no reason for such a long wait as it was quiet in the restaurant. We ended up paying full price as we had now been there 3 hours and were tired of waiting for the poor service and even worse food. Would not recommend nor will we be going back. I don't understand how there can be no managers on site on a Saturday with all kids on shift. They need better management for sure!
Every time I've been at the Cityview Lounge, the food has been really good. The menu is super diverse so everyone we go with always finds something they like!
We were brought water right after we sat down then we never saw our waitress again. My boyfriend went up to the bar to ask if we could atleast get some menus and was told the waitress would bring them to our table. After an hour of waiting for our M.I.A waitress and the mythical menus we got up to leave with our water glasses and stomaches empty. Only then did our waitress reappear to acknowledge our presence. We ate dinner at the closest drive thru instead because my HANGER had reached dangerous levels... Thanks for ruining our night Cityview Lounge
