Dennis came by and checked our furnace and it was determined that we needed a new one. Within a week Pete and another man I can't remember his name arrived to install the new furnace. They arrived earlier than their scheduled time and within 3 hours the new furnace had been installed and was running smoothly. The price for the install was less than I was expecting. I would recommend them to everyone in need of HVAC services

Very pleased with my new tankless hot water system from initial assessment to its complete installation. Excellent service of my heating system and fireplace as well as replacing all my valves and hoses in my bathrooms and kitchen. Exceptional prompt response to my call when my furnace was not heating the way it should be. Dennis was at my home within an hour and rectified the problem within minutes. I am so thankful and grateful to have Tri-Rom to take care of my heating, cooling and hot water systems of my home from now.
Dropped into their shop beginning of December 2019 & spoke with Chad about mounting my electric fireplace which was a complicated setup. I provided him with photos, manual and measurements and he said he'd call me. Couple of weeks went by without a call, so I phoned him. He said he'd like to come over & see for himself. He came over took measurements and photos saying he'd get back to me.....that was mid-December. It's now mid January, if he is unable or unwilling to do the job, the least he could have done was let me know.
Staff got on the job and had the parts for us the next day.
Called Tri-Rom this morning to diagnose and fix an industrial oven with new motor. Dennis was here an hour later and solved the issue. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable.
