Witnessed an employee drop tongs on the floor and then promptly pick them back up and place them on the food prep counter. When I mentioned this was unsanitary, he lied and said he washed them. I literally saw you with my own two eyes? So gross. I won't support an establishment when their employees don't have basic common sense, nevermind Foodsafe.

Always a fan of this place. higher on the prices for "fast food" but they have the best Parmesan garlic fries! Mmmm, I go there just for those sometimes. Recently had a bad experience here but after talking to them it was fixed quickly and properly so kudos for that.
They are good for breakfast but its usually run by two people. I don't believe they have enough staff to manage rush hours. They also don't seem to have staff rotations to avoid burn outs. Often the order taker makes sure twice whether the order is correct or not before billing it and this pisses some people off, which shouldn't. They have SkipTheDishes too and it seems to be taking a toll on them. They have to be ready to switch it off when they have customers in the store and focus on delivering food to them. Never ever order fries from them, because they just can't make them right and it seems this is nothing new. Either, this is a fryer issue or an instruction issue, they should get professional help for this. Even though their milkshakes are getting good reviews here, I have never seen them making it fresh, and I believe as a customer I should get them freshly made. Often, because of this I had to use the restroom immediately. However, someday they should bring a coffee & ice-cream blend too, it won't be very hard for them I believe. Burgers are fair and sometimes sloppy, but they have good patties. Sometimes the staff are just noisy which doesn't help with the eating out experience, but they have a nice fireplace. I haven't seen a white or indigenous staff there over the months, I don't understand their hiring practice. I believe they have potential for being better but could be just the management, because as always happy staff, happy customer experience.
Ordered thre skip 60 later my kid has no food ... so I’ll be giving him mine portions not worth the outrageous prices extremely disappointed in a place we were SO ECITED TO TRY! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY GO TO RED ROBIN!!!
Very good burgers I was surprised of the quality will be back and definitely recommend to try only thing is if you want a drink and fries added it's 4.99 a little to expensive for what you get otherwise very good

I went to drive through on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 around 5:30 pm, Indian guy and lady working there was very inappropriate and intrusive. He had no idea about Customer service, just a student trying to get by. Really though if you guys are so desperate maybe work hard for your money. Their service is horrible, I hope the management starts hiring people that actually can understand english. They make you repeat one thing several times as they are still completing their ESAL courses. Pathetic experience. O star!
Delicious fresh food. Priced higher than typical fast food, but the quality and flavour more than makes up for it. Special in Tuesday is the best deal.
