Wife called last night to get some info on how she can figure out how to get in touch with her family doctor and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and refused to help.I also had a very negative experience here in the past where the nurse that saw me first made me extremely uncomfortable, and the doctor i saw after rushed through my appointment didn't listen to my concerns, then gave me a wrong diagnosis.

These people are fantastic!!! They have met and exceeded any expectations I had. We made our appointment. They were on time. Took care of us very quickly and even worked around our schedule to accommodate our needs. Amazing. Thank you Kamloops Urgent Primary Care and Learning Center!!!

The staff here were wonderful. The nurse was so kind and caring, and Dr. Peacock was very empathetic and had the most sincere bedside manner. Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure more comfortable.

I absolutely love all the staff, and have never had an issue before. However, yesterday I did see Dr. Newmarch for the first time, and have never felt so uncomfortable and judged for wanting information on things. I left the clinic with more questions than answers. He was negative, arrogant, and spoke overtop of me. I will be avoiding him for any future appointments.

My daughter had a really bad rash on her arm that they swabbed. We were told if it was anything they would call us within 2 days. Over a week later I see her results online and she should be on medication.
