It is currently affiliated to Uganda Christian University Mukono and The Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee an internationally renowned graduate school in the field of international business transactions and natural resources and energy law and policy with a high research rating AIMPER constitutes of 23 multi-disciplinary exceptional professionals, trained in Europe’s finest Energy institutions with competencies in Economics, Law, Environment and Energy Sciences. The institute has also forged synergies with a network of experts across Africa with experience and proficiency in the Energy sector and exists to engender education, training and research in natural resource exploitation and management and create a cadre of dynamic graduates who will lead, drive and transform a largely infant Petroleum and Energy sector.
