Historic hiking spot with leftover bullet case since War World II believed. Distance about 8.7 KM included return. Is better to spare 6 to 7 hours for this trail and better hike with someone who been there before, as the initial path isn't that obvious and with few split rd too. Remember to bring salt! As this trail terrible in leeches Beside this, good stamina is required for this trail ya! Happy hiking and love the nature. Park your car nearby waterfall with public toilet. Please also take care the smart dog, she is really friendly guide us all the wat from trailhead to peak and return.. don't even have single bark!! REMEMBER.. DON'T STEAL BULLET CASE!!

A good trail paved or with cement to about 100 meters. Then it splits to trails going apparently to three different peaks. We picked the one an experienced person said goes to the highest peak. I was there for birds and exercise. Exercise went great, but my wife and I and dog were all beset by leaches, lots and lots of leaches. Though we stopped to remove and kill them every few minutes, I still am bleeding from six places where they got me. So wear leach socks. We will be back to conquer the 1100 meter peak, giving ourselves two hours up with leach socks and no dog. Birding up to 500 meters means good views, but poor listening as you are along wonderful little streams all the way up. We turned around at 500 (where you enter the protected area) because of leach issues, but birding above there will at some point diverge from the stream to take a ridge (I assume), and that will be better for birds. Good pics of black crested bulbuls, cute birds.
