A few months ago I bought a solar lamp from QVC. Unfortunately, having some work done on the house, a workman broke one of the plastic globes. I contacted QVC but they said they no longer sold them. I then contacted Luxform to see if I could buy a spare replacement. They responded very quickly and after sending a photo, they sent one free of charge. There communication and customer service can only be described as excellent. Many thanks.

Bij het uitnemen van de stekker van mijn buitenverlichting uit de trafo, bleven de pinnetjes in de trafo steken. Daartoe heb ik contact opgenomen met Luxform. Zij hebben mij uitstekend geholpen door, vanuit coulance overweging, mij geheel kosteloos een nieuw stekkertje toe te sturen. Nu werkt mijn buitenverlichting weer prima.

Imam 4 komplete 6 solarnh svetilk. Postavljene so na droge ,ki držijo mrežo okrog vrta. Tako je zvečer ves vrt obkrožem z svetlobo. Ja je res lepo videti.
