I am a 46 year old mom who has never owned her own car. I have gone from being homeless to now owning my first car! Patrick was absolutely amazing, kind, honest and forthright! He showed me how to get even better credit and get further ahead. He took panic calls from me in the late evening, early morning and even on weekends. He showed me that there are definitely genuine people out there! There are some minor issues with car but Patrick has stepped up and taken charge. Once he gets you in a car he doesn’t disappear! I thought this was a scam and had my doubts, not much for credit and down on my luck. Not even 2 weeks later I'm thrilled to say that I had the best buying experience here. Going into 401 Auto I could not help but notice such a friendly and professional environment. Walking in I was welcomed by 2 lovely ladies who also gave my little baby a stuffed animal mascot with the logo. When looking for a vehicle to purchase I was given many beautiful options. Thank you Mo and Hamed for showing me vehicles and explaining details. Sam also did an amazing and quick job with closing the deal.
