Goodbye!! Allstate after 15 years... The rep at this branch was unprofessional and bordering on abusive. As a consequence they are losing 4 drivers (3 vehicles) and home insurance. The guy was definitely off his meds and needs to keep the doors locked (they aren’t having anyone inside their office mid September meanwhile you can do physio,dental and haircuts during a global pandemic) so we stood outside in the parking lot to discuss details. He was very agitated. He gestured violently while yelling (so much so his mask was falling off his face), he was constantly interrupting, he was miserable and pacing, stomping his feet as he spoke, clapping/pounding/smacking his hands.. when I tried to ask questions he would interrupt several times. Other business owners saw this interaction and asked me if I was ok. I would give 0 stars if I could.
