This was my initial visit to Bourk’s. From this experience I was extremely impressed, in particular, with the professionalism and efficiency of the company. The booking, service and pickup was accurate and timely which is very appreciated. They provided a clear invoice and multi point inspection sheet. The staff at Bourk's Kanata are super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They never do any work that isn't necessary and always do an amazing job. I am so glad my friend recommended them to me after another garage quoted me a crazy amount for minimal work. I went to Bourk's for a second opinion and half the work the other garage quoted didn't need to be done! I've been trusting them with my car ever since. Great people, great service. 10/10 would recommend.

I decided to visit Bourk's kanata because i had an old gift certificate i won at a silent auction years ago. making the appointment was a simple phone call and availability was within a few days, quite normal for auto shops. With full covid-19 procedures in place, i felt safe and protected going into the building. dropping off the car was a breeze , by the time i was done their shuttle arrived within seconds and gave me a ride me to work. i made arrangments to be picked up from work and the shuttle was there right on time. so convinient! I want to point out the level of detail and integrity i observed at Bourk's. They called with a full review and status of my vehicle, recommending some work to be done to the vehicle, on top of that, they send you an email with the vehicle report (complete with pictures!) outlining urgent work, and things to pay attention to to better the pergomance of your car. fair prices, no funny business at this shop. At no point were they pushy to upsell services, very easy going, no pressure. Pick up was also very easy and friendly, they sanitaize your car keys before handing them back and even gave me a complimentary hand sanitizer. Thanks Bourke's! 100% customer experience, keep up the good work.

Bourk's in Kanata has been looking after me and my vehicles since The first time I came to them in the 80's. I was transferred to Alberta in 2000, but when I came back here in 2018, one of the first things I did was make an appointment with Bourk's. There have been a few personnel changes since my introduction to this shop, but the guiding principals remain the same. I have always gotten excellent service and a frank assessment of my service options. I work at a test lab that assesses new products for regulatory compliance. I have always believed that the best policy is to tell the customer what they need to know - not what they want to hear. I can attest that Bourk's is a place I am comfortable entrusting my vehicles to, because they adhere to that same policy. They advise of issues that may need attention in the future. They do not recommend work that does not need to be done. And they always get confirmation before proceeding with any repair. I think the best way to put it is this: Bourk's does the work I would do, the way I would do it, with the quality parts I would use, if I had the time and the skill to do it myself. And I drive my vehicle with the same degree of confidence I would have if I had supervised every step of the job. To me, it doesn't get any better than this. Thank you, Bourk's. I will be back.
