5 star for dogs! We stayed here one night passing through town. Our room was ground floor and accessible directly via a patio door. There was a huge grass area across the parking lot which was perfect for potty breaks. Also, hot breakfast available in the morning.

Good value hotel. Was cheaper to book direct than on booking.com. room was clean and tidy and appeared to be recently renovated. Very helpful staff at check in. The breakfast was decent for an all included although a bit busy. We f9rgot a bag in our room and the staff kept it safe for us ... including the cash inside ... so a very big thank you!
My son and I were supposed to be long term stay guests at this motel. A few days into our stay the toilet clogged. Nearly the entire motel is empty but the staff refused to move us to another room. The general manger said she doesn’t owe me an explanation for refusing to move us elsewhere. Said she is not willing to move is anywhere else. We went an entire week without a working toilet. I suffer from chronic pain, and on the 7th day I believe maintenance showed up at our door banging like they were the police and demanding to enter the room. I asked them kindly to come back and that I was in a lot of pain. They then attempted to break into the room and literally broke the door. They still couldn’t get in because it was locked from the inside. They left the door wedged open knowing I was inside and repeatedly asking for them to please come back and that I was in a lot of pain and didn’t want to be disturbed. Staff then began calling my cellphone over and over. I had to turn it off. They then began calling the room over and over to the point that I had to unplug the phone. I told them over and over again that I was in a lot of pain. “Please I do not want to be disturbed, thank you” I said more times than I can count. The following day my son and I woke up to being told the police were called and we had to leave immediately. Without warning or explanation. For no reason.No reason!!! Hotel staff tried to have us removed by police when I was in pain. We were later invited back to the motel. THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!! REASON TO CALL POLICE!! NONE!!! NONE!!! It’s a right that the hotel manager can exercise and did because she could. It was disgusting!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! I don’t appreciate my review being dropped to the bottom of the list of 600 reviews. Seeing as this happened yesterday (March 5th 2021). The hotel manager can respond.
Been here many times now when in Ottawa on business. Its a little dated, could do with some upgrades, but for business...its fine. It was clean, staff very friendly, and overall its somewhere to rest your head for the night.
Its ok hotel staff are nice and frendily but the rooms are dated and small but it still worth 1 night stay its ok to stay here for a night but i dont recomend a week becuase of the small rooms

It's in quiet area but very close to numerous stores. We had a 1bedroom suite and it was huge!! We go to a lot of places and have never had a room that size. Clean and friendly staff.
Clean, comfortable bed and great staff. We stayed during covid and they did an excellent job reassuring us everything had been well sanitized and giving us a good breakfast to eat in our room.
