Stay for one evening, August, 2019. Convenient location near Highway 417 and stores or restaurants at the Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre. Seamless check in and check out. Great amenities such as pool, lounge, and business centre. Good breakfast.

Very nice hotel, pretty close to Costco and to Canadian Tire Center, to go see a Senators game it’s the best option there is.
Great hotel. Closest lodging to the Canadian Tire Centre for NHL games & concerts. 1.3 km walk versus sitting in the expected huge traffic jams. Hotel offers excellent quality accommodations; well-appointment rooms - decor, size, comfort, bedding, temperature. Scrumptious “continental” breakfast with so many choices. Helpful & pleasant staff. Our choice of hotel in the area.
The hotel rooms and location were great, the breakfast wasn't bad either my main issue was the staff unwillingness to manage the incidents occurring at the hotel. There was a kids sports team in town and kids were running up and down the halls at all hours screaming and banging walls and knocking on doors. We complained and were told nothing much could be done. We went out to the hockey game and got back around 11pm and while the kids were now screaming in the rooms not the halls, a large group of adults were circled around the elevator and lining the hall drinking loudly, cursing and it smelled of alcohol and had spills and empties lining the halls. I understand having a good time but there was a common area downstairs to gather in and hotel staff was u willing to do anything to accommodate other guests who were unable to sleep or enjoy their staff as a result of the in consideration of this large group. Disappointing because otherwise it may have been a place I return to while in town for hockey games.
Good clean hotel. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast (3/5 stars). Parking is free. Decent shopping/Food option short driving distance away. Close to highway access. Good for business travel or family vacation (short stay). Reasonable rates.
