I have been a ford fan and buyer for over 25 years. My parents just spent over 100k on a 2020 F-250 Platinum. A few years back I bought a beautiful 60k 2016 Mustang GT. I must say how disgusted I am with Ford canada. I put a reservation down on the new Bronco. I have been looking forward to ordering this for quite some time. When I used the online configurator for the first time I was in shock! Ford you want 7% to borrow for this truck. Lets get something straight, this is not a Honda or Toyota. Your vehicles do not hold the same resale value period! I am seriously re-thinking if I will even buy this Bronco just based on the principal. Heck I may never buy another Ford product ever again. Shame on you ford Canada!

If they have a WORLD WORST CAR COMPANY ford would win I bought a 2015 focus se that has 102k kilometer at the moment, the transmission is acting up same symptoms as everyone described on the internet called the dealership they want to charge me 260 to check the problem when they know that they messed up with the dual clutch transmissions called Ford Canada seeking for help because I just moved to Canada I spent every penny I’ve saved to buy a good reliable car unfortunately I bought ford, they were no help at all they don’t care about customer’s satisfaction they only care about collecting money from customers pocket. They don’t even show you that they care. You know you messed up just call the cars change the transmission to a better one and satisfy your customers no need for a dual clutch just put the torque converter instead and let us sleep at night
I've had numerous struggles with my ford truck, brand new off the lot 2 years ago. Dealerships don't accommodate customers, charge double for services then any mechanic in the area. I regret buying this truck and will never buy ford again. Nor will anyone in my family. If I could leave a zero star I would.
Bought used CMAX 2015 from OT dealership, horrible experience in itself. I thought the car was decent until I tried to update the SYNC by myself using the directions from the website and after calling customer service. It didn't work. i used the USB drive and it stopped after uploading the files into the system. It's blank now and no option to reset it! What kind of Junk is FORD selling these days without failsafe mechanism to restore? I don't want to buy anything anymore!
I own a Ford vehicle that had a recall on the clutch two years ago. I had it replaced under warranty. Two years later, the clutch is going again!! Less than 35,000 klm on it!! Now because the car is out of warranty they want 1300 at Petrie Ford to replace it. I recognize that the car is out of warranty but that clutch shouldn't be!!! Ford has admitted there is a problem with them. They should be replacing this clutch as obviously a brand new clutch should last longer than 35,000 klm. I email them and it was answered by Karen B. in customer service basically telling me what I already knew. I ask her again to look into the fact that this was practically a new clutch. She didn't even bother to respond. Don't Buy Ford!! I will never again if this is how they stand by their vehicles.
