Stopped in as we saw an advertisement on the road that they had Buddha's bowls. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly worker who explained the menu. We ordered a tex mex burrito and a teriyaki twist and we were not disappointed. Will be coming back here again.

They were very effecient and had everything ready to pickup when I arrived and well packed to keep it warm. The egg pockets are very good and reasonably healthy. The yogurt parfaits are good but too large(two size choices would be nice) and they are not the healthiest at 500 calories each. They are well made with large pieces of fruit and plenty of granola. The energy bites are too good..hard to have just one.
Great food and great service! My favorite place to grab a quick bite in Kanata. The staff go over and above and the owners really make an effort to give back to the community. Highly recommend the fiesta salad with goat cheese subbed in place of the cheddar. Delicious!
Leaving a 1 star review because this is the 3rd time I've come here and the store was not following its own hours. This store supposedly opens 30 minutes before other locations and we ended up driving here to grab food on a tight schedule. The store opens later and has wrong hours on both the website and store front. (Says 9:30 on website, 8:00 on store front, but store actually opens at 10) I understand the pandemic changed things but everyone else has adjusted their hours.
I've come here twice now, the second time hoping that the first time was a fluke. I want to like this place but they need more staff and better training. The first time 25 minutes from the time I ordered until order complete and it was a wrap and a smoothie. The second time ordered online. Arrived 20 minutes later and waited another 20 minutes for 2 wraps and a bowl. I would also mention that the practice of wearing gloves is useless if one touches their mask, counters and several dishes with the same pair. Better to implement vigilant hand-washing. I hope this location gets serious about staffing and training. It could be a great spot.
