Sent our computer in for warranty work and when it was returned to us there were parts inside that were loose. We needed to securely fasten ourselves to prevent damage to our computer. When contacted in regards to it there was no offer to return and have it fixed properly. Actually blamed it on the shippers.

They never answer their phone. Very irritating. You have to go there in person. Once in the store you're lucky to find a clerk to help. On the good side, the employees are knowledgeable, capable and courteous.
Cannot talk to anyone
I've tried calling them three times this week as they are not close to me. They have not answered once, poor management don't waste your time, they dont care about yours. Use less. Three days later i fond the time to go in. I bought a new laptop based on the staff saying i can transfer over my files no problem. I specified i am only concerned with one program and the staff said it wasn't a problem. Pick up my computer the next day and my file wasn't transferred. The staff is uneducated and promise things that dont happen, stay away.
I had a terrible experience because your employee didn't know you don't repair MSI laptops. Wasted my one week. When I took my laptop back there were several new scratches and lot of dirt and dust on it plus the part with the keyboard on it wasn't clipped properly.
