Great experience , I have had appointments with Dr. Moore. she is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Moore helped my wife, my brother in law my sister in law, and myself. I am strongly recommending her; as she is a great chiropractor. I feel that Kanata North Chiropractors treats people as family and they care about there well-being.

I have been a patient of both Dr. Spratt and Dr. Moore for many years. I have had lower back problems since my teens and finally I am free of all back problems thanks to trusting their suggestion to come once a month for an adjustment. This is the start of my 3rd year with monthly adjustments by Dr. Moore. I am now completely pain free nor have any discomfort lifting or moving heavy objects. I should have done this years ago! Great friendly staff and service. Highly recommend for those with any back or neck problems.

I have been a patient of Dr Tanille Moore at this clinic since October 2018... This was my first experience going to a chiropractor... I was an avid athlete for the majority of my life which resulted in a chronic amount of neck and back pain which has decreased significantly after attending this clinic... I see them approximately every 3 weeks for maintenance... Tanille and the entire staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to deal with them... Highly recommend...

Highly recommend. Honestly I avoid making appointments unless I have to. I recently discovered jaw clenching was happening though and triggering my predisposition to migraines not to mention giving me constant dull ache (and a desire to not eat much as a result). I had an appointment with Dr. Tannille Moore who did a complete thorough assessment. I have had doctors in the past only look at the specific thing we mention which never gets to the root of the problem properly to ensure no other contributing factors. Dr. Moore really worked the area, and when I left I had tremendous relief in the jaw as well as neck and back (which I realized afterwards were fairly stiff going into appointment). The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive and I was so grateful they were able to accommodate the last minute appointment. Thank you Dr. Moore and staff!

I was really disappointed with my experience. I had never been to a Chiropractor before but had many friends recommend I find one that offers on-site X-Rays. Their website advertised on-site X-Rays so I booked an appointment. Once in my appointment the Dr. told me they do not offer on-site X-rays but do referrals if need be (if the exam isn't relaying information that makes sense). My Dr. went on to tell me that X-Rays are a marketing ploy by Chiropractors that want to get more business by showing minute issues in the spine to cash in on patients. I have many friends who go to Chiropractors who have all told them if your Dr. doesn't provide X-Rays, they should not be touching your back or recommending anything. I spent 1 hour at my appointment, an exam was done. I didn't feel confident in her analysis because no X-rays were offered. A lot of my appointment was spent talking about homeopathic pain relievers and I spent 70 dollars for this. That's over 3 hours of work (70) at my current place of employment, and I didn't not find this satisfactory. I did email them and let them know how I felt, they did say they were sending me a cheque refund, for the full amount. They have also said they've removed the X-Ray on site from their website.
