While staff is friendly and store is clean I have to give them a one star rating. I just wanted to buy one or two pairs of jeans, unfortunately the change rooms are closed. I've lost a fair bit of wieght and have no idea how any pair will fit, I would have to buy 6 pairs and come back to the store afterwards to return the majority of them. Makes no sense to encourage multiple visits to a store as a way to minimize contact. On the surface the policy seems solid but in parctice it is counterproductive.
Horrible experience, bought a thermal from them and the order was a pick up. Called customer service to find out details, firstly could not understand the rep. I had such a hard time understanding her, finally after 20 minutes of explaining and repeating she told me she input the phone number & email and no order was found. They charged me 80 right away on the CC but have no record of the transaction. I am out 80 with no way of getting any refund or the thermal that I need. Horrible online store, worse customer service. Stay away from these thiefs.
The service was very very slow. There was a line up and only 2 cashes open even though they could have safely opened 3 and made it safer for the lineup to move quicker so as not to expose us to each other longer.

Helpful, clean, safe, and we were even allowed to try on clothes. 3 items per visit and then they quarantine untalented items in bags. Great adaptation to our covid situation.
