I’ve been a loyal customer for as long as I’ve been driving. This week, I decided to take my car to Mr. Lube in Kanata, this being a new location for me since I moved. My windshield washer fluid was not topped up, my tires not filled, my lights not checked. The mechanic suggested I get a full fluid flush but I had gotten it done at my last oil change already. He suggested an undercoating for the car when I also got that done already. After inspecting the vehicle he said it wasn’t done properly and I had to go back to the other location. They offered to touch up the car prior to me going back and I agreed. They never touched it up for me. All in all - not a good experience and will not be going back.

UPDATE Mr. Lube reached out and worked to resolve. They tried to find another hubcap but couldn't so offered a discount coupon for a future service. ******************* I've usually had good service at this location, but the last visit was disappointing. I brought my winter tires, already mounted on rims, for changeover which usually never takes more than 20 minutes. 90 minutes later the technician is advising me against mounting my wheel covers. I insisted he put them on and by coincidence I've lost one less than 24 hours later. Looking at the rest of them I could see they weren't installed correctly. If they can't get this simple job done right, how can I trust them with vital fluids in my vehicle?

Quick and easy oil changes, I always come back to this location since it's the most reliable and affordable. The staff are friendly and respectful. The only annoyance is how they always try to upsell you or offer you replacement for stuff you don't really need or you could just get cheaper elsewhere. I would recommend Mr Lube
Recommend everybody who loves their vehicles never go to this location they stretch on your car and if you complain they don’t care about anything, they have rude staff with zero experience, never will come back to store.
