Booked an appointment for servicing for 8:30. Live out of town so had to wait in dealership. Was told service would take approximately an hour. At 10 my car was still outside where I parked it. Was told technician wasn’t in until 10. Then service will take an hour and a half. Not fun sitting in dealership for 3 hours during covid times. Would have made other arrangements if I knew it would take so long. Why was the appointment booked when no technician was available?

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Joy who was awesome with my daughter and myself when we were shopping for 1 new vehicle. There was no pressure and she answered all our questions and took her time with explaining everything from the payments and what would be best fit for the budget to showing us (on a cold dreary day)all the bells and whistles on the 2 yes 2 vehicles we ended up getting. And to reiterate there was no pressure and she kept us in line to our budget!! She is awesome and we will definitely be referring Joy to anyone who asks!! The whole team worked to help us stay within our budgets! My new ride and my daughters behind!!
Very disappointed with the service center here. Will often attempt to use fear tactics to sell you parts for your car that you don't need. For example, they recently attempted to sell me a full set of breaks and rotors for my car that were recently done. From my last appointment my breaks were listed as Green (Near New) and checked over again during my tire changeover. 5000km later when I brought my car in for an oil change they said they were now unsafe and I shouldn't leave the dealership. The car is hardly driven, no noise from the pads, no break fade, no shuttering or vibration while driving. Be careful with this dealership, get a second opinion before you give the go ahead for them to conduct work. Very Shady.
The prospect of buying a new car during the COVID-19 pandemic was not one that I was looking forward to, but I needed a new vehicle. Myers Kanata Hyundai made the experience safe while still giving me the thorough service expected when purchasing a vehicle. They were friendly and showed that they are a dealership that takes care of all concerns and needs. Completely recommend them, and look forward to doing more business with them.
I recently negotiated a new lease with my Daughter at Myers Hyundai Kanata. It was a totally pleasant experience and I wish to take the time to compliment the team involved: Victoria/ Sales, Jason/Manager and Roy in finance. All three worked at their utmost to ensure our complete comfort and satisfaction. Victoria immediately grasped what my daughter wanted to achieve and crafted a deal that met all of her needs. Victoria has a special skill of matching her speed to that of her client. She also has wonderful patience and recognizes that sometimes it’s hard to follow the numbers. She never left a number until we completely understood it. Jason as manager made sure that the numbers never changed and generously offered a few extra perks. He made us feel very confident and sent an email to all concerned explaining the deal. We arrived at finance with Roy and it couldn’t have gone smoother.
