Rebecca was absolutely amazing! At the time of my visit I was 33 weeks pregnant, and came in with all the regular back pain that comes with it. I went from barely being able to bend over to actually being able to get in and out of my car with ease (a feat for those of you familiar). I was given a gift certificate at Christmas by a close friend, who is also a regular client of Rebecca's but I will be returning on my own accord before the end of my pregnancy and beyond.

It's hard to say enough good things about PURE! First of all, love that I can book online. They also tend to have a good selection of appointments available so that you don't have to wait weeks to get in. The ambiance of their space is nice and relaxing, and I have always had a pleasant experience interacting with their lovely staff. Highly recommend!

I had my first deep tissue massage (upper body) with Amandeep today and must say that in the past 20ish years of going for registered massages all over Ottawa, I have never had a deep tissue massage that left me feeling as amazing as I do after Amandeep’s massage. I can’t stop smiling! Aside from my entire upper body feeling amazing (my upper back and neck were awful before I went in), I feel mentally lighter and I can even see in my face looks that it looks like 10 years of stress have been erased! She gives the BEST head and face massages! I will definitely be back to see Amandeep regularly for the sake of my physical and mental health!
