Poor customer service. I purchased paint and painting supplies from this store previously. Because I am repainting the interior of my home I planned to buy my paint here again and visited the store on Friday afternoon to collect some colour ideas. It was a mistake. The sales associate in the store was cold and unfriendly. She made no effort to greet me as a customer or offer any assistance. She remained at the back of the store the entire time I was there. Needless to say I will not be returning and will give my business to other paint and decorating stores in the area.

Fast as a pike after a frog...and very professional
This store was so helpful during the COVID crisis for buying paint and supplies for our new home. We wanted low VOC paint so we opted for Benjamin Moore Natura paint. We also did a successful colour match using old paint cans left behind from previous owners that had the paint mix numbers on them. We ordered in advance for pickup and went into the store for the paint match once COVID measured were relaxed.
