The care and attention that S7 instructors bring to their classes shows in many ways. It is safe environment from the smallest gentle kid to the biggest competitive guy, young or older, there will be a class for you to enjoy. Even in the toughest classes, the teaching methods will present a nice balance of exercise and technique to keep you motivated while preventing injuries. Self-defense, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, HIIT classes, kid programs, family classes, and now online virtual classes also to keep us healthy through the pandemic. Both locations are super clean and always follow safety protocols; without any drama these guys are able to set standards high and keep it there no matter what. See you on the mats! :D

The coaches at Silver 7 are amazing. Knowledgeable, approachable and caring. This is a wonderful, family-oriented martial arts facility and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try kickboxing for the first time or anyone wanting to get back into it. The classes are fantastic and the coaching is excellent. It was wonderful to be in a setting where I was comfortable, welcome and had access to quality instruction. Coaches Etienne and Chris lead a great class and are always roaming when students are paired off, checking your form, making sure you understand the move and offering constructive feedback. This is a supportive, safe and educational environment focused on quality technique.

The facility is excellent and the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. If you want to get in shape or improve your performance, Silver 7 offers a fun and safe environment to do it! Silver 7's kickboxing routines are the best!

Love training here. It's an incredibly welcoming environment with very knowledgeable instructors. I especially love the HIIT 7 program - it got me back into shape very quickly!
