This temple has no issues with vip or any celebrity all are equal in front of god. Here there is no issue of special darshanam, or freedarshanam. It hardly takes 30 minutes for darshanam.best management I am totally in love with this. Very spacious and peaceful place. No one to bother you, it is just you and goddess we can pray peacefully.there are lots of temples to see inside. The temple gopuram the sculptures, temple architecture are just amazing. You are allowed to carry bag and mobile phones too being such a big temple they have not put any restriction to people, down to earth feels like home. Temple closes at 12 noon and opens in the evening. They also have yatri nivas temple accomodation do search in google they don't have online Booking they have active contact number you can reach them through. Beautiful place to visit. Crowded, but acceptable. Look at the Amman eyes, u will feel Amman looking at you in real.
Truly a wonderful temple. one of the cleanest and most well maintained temples in Kanchipuram. As it is privately run by the shankaracharya peetam.
