The guy spotted my car num was not from himachal so cleverly he said normal petrol is not available only spped is available. That was a lottle suprizing. This was the second 3 rd petrol pump in last 2 weeks that said only speed is available. Till last month i drove a himachal registered car since last 6 years i never found any such nonsence
