Having trained at the Kane Academy I would highly recommend it to those looking to study martial arts from a knowledgeable and skilled instructor who has proved her skills by competing at the highest level both nationally and internationally. Rebecca seeks to enrich and empower her students by building confidence and fitness in a variety of martial arts and does this with a positive approach.

I found the person I was communicating with very rude and unhelpful via text, so it’s a straight no for me. Just imagine attending the course it would be even worse. Soo do not recommend!

Been here for about 6 months now and loving it. The instructors are great, the crowd is friendly and I like the number of classes they have. Makes it really easy to come down and train and there is a nice mix of levels. The gym has just been rennovated with shiny new mats, so the place is looking great.
