Dropped my car off waited in the lobby area and work was done very timely and what I liked most of all is that they kept me informed as to every move before doing it so there were no surprises. I have been using Raitz for many years. They are honest, responsive and provide excellent service. I have had several Lexus vehicles and taken them to Raitz as opposed to drving to the dealership. They always use Lexus parts and stay on top of maintenance of the vehicle. I give them the highest recommendation and thankful they are local (easily accesible to Concord/Kannapolis/Salsibury).
