Pathetic customer management.. I was there for enquiry regarding dio and initially a guy saw us but he was in a phone call... another guys is sitting their freely.. but he is not even care about a customer.... after 5 minutes one person come to us and after all... he said e brochure will send to me..... After 12 hours later I am still waiting for brochure... If you don't want customers, shut down showroom, don't waste our time.

What are management guys doing there? How many more times we say the issues they do the same and now they have new reason COVID for not cleaning the vehicle properly. Garage people will work more professionally than you. They don't even wash the vehicle properly if told in each service, then again they make us wait they splash water take as it is...but money they grab and bill for what ever things they haven't done. Even the customer service people don't care for the reviews yet this is for viewers- Give it for your friends garage or something! Or it's purely waste out of here
