This builder is a fraud.. His Residential apartment in Chalad is under construction for almost 9 years plus...his project was supposed to be completed in Dec 2016 but still it's not complete...But without handing over the flats to its rightful owners he is renting it out to people and making money...there are people staying without occupancy certificate and approvals ...So please be careful while dealing with such fraud builders
