“HE IS A FRAUD”, “DONT USE THEIR SERVICES” “DAMAGED OUR NEW A/C”. This guy damaged my Split AC. He does not have any proper equipment, the one spray machine he has is damaged and because of this, that machine damaged our AC. Secondly this guy does not have any knowledge about AC’s. I warn, anyone looking for safe and good service, DO NOT APPROACH THIS PERSON. After damaging he assured to visit next day with someone to rectify the concern, and as expected they never turned up

Dear Sir/Madam, I repaired (service gas filling leakage repair) of my Voltas Window AC in the month of June through Laundry 360 Kanpur for that they charged Rs.2500 for gas filling, Rs. 1000 for gas leakage and Rs. 400 fir service, a sum of total Rs. 3900. But the gas is still leaking, for that I called them but no one is attending the call and there is no proper response from them. They are growing fast but absolutely no sense of quality. Unprofessional attitude seems like their usual. I have used them for more than 200 cloths and 15 times (For the convenience of home pickup) but every time something or the other goes wrong! Expensive T-shirts loose the brand tag or are burned, bad folded shirts with crease marks, stains of dirty hands, etc. Above all, the management and owners are least bothered And super casual about these complaints and losses of customer. Don't use them unless you are ultra lazy like me :P
