Worst service provider.. please avoid using the service of this company every for Kent RO.. they cannot fix a basic problem and just try to dupe the customer on all occasions.. for the same problem they will replace the other part of the Machine till the time they don’t end up replacing all the parts and make maximum money Never even going to buy a Kent product after this.. highly disappointing Also, on calling another person I was told that these guys spoilt the wiring and did not do that properly which led to the further spoiling to the RO and they kept duping us.. absolutely fraud company.. Kent should take Away the agency from them
