Most worst bank i have ever seeen in my life and the most worst people specially manager Mr RAKESH KUMAR this person does not know how to deal with the customer and the second disaster this bank have is credit manager Mr. Nigam he is worst as the person he does not listen to anyone totally irresponisble ask irrelavent question to customwr and make them wait for weeks for their work. I have gone there for education loan but they have taken my documents and keep me awaited for weeks giving no response and i have waited in bank for 3 hours daily. Mr nigam says that come after lunch and the evening after 5 pm and then also he just ignores. Bank manager is of no use always eat rajnigandha in the office. Worst people please do not there. And beware of these dogs mr nigam and rakesh kumar
