I’ve recently finished my 200 hr yoga teaching course. And I’m really glad I did my course at the Sadhak Anshit Yoga School. Wonderful Place, very knowledgeable and patient teachers to learn with the history of yoga with well structured asana, pranayama, meditation and anatomy classes. Management team is great as well. Missing Sadhak Anshit Sir Asanas classes a lot! I’d highly recommend the school to anyone who s interested in yoga teaching courses.
