The Dance Shoppe was wonderful! I took my two year old there to get what she needed for her first ballet class. I have zero dance experience myself so I basically had no idea what to get. The associates were cheerful and kind. They were also extremely helpful without being overbearing. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Legendary dance shoppe. So, The Dance Shoppe has everything you need for the serious dancer, along with delightful things you didn't know you wanted, to celebrate the experience of being a dancer. My dad brought me here when I was 15 to buy pointe shoes. 30 years later, I am bringing my own teenage daughters here for shoes, who have been coming here for dance shoes and leotards all their lives. Truly this place is a gem, and I hope it is here for another 30.

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff when it comes to fitting pointe shoes. If you dancer will be on her toes you want to make sure she has the proper shoes on her feet. The staff will make sure all aspects of the shoe are correct to keep you dancers feet in good shape. Instead of just selling shoes, the sell a proper fit.

They sat me in a chair as if I were a child and could not see the dance shoes by myself. It got into my nerves... I felt lots of pressure because I had the feeling that I was forced to buy their stuff. They will state that it is because of COVID. I think they should find a better way to make people feel comfortable when they get in there.

Just went to the Dance Shoppe for Tap and Ballet shoes for my daughter and had a wonderful visit. So thankful for the very friendly and extra generous staff giving us their time and attention and patience to finding just the correct style, size, and fit. Their knowledge of the local dance studios and what they require and the expertise in their products was extremely helpful making the trip much easier and very enjoyable. Thank you Dance Shoppe.

I am getting back into dance as an adult. This shop was very helpful finding the right shoe fit for me. I have size 11 street shoe. It was about 80 for tap shoes. They were very patient and sweet. I was also able to find tights that fit being 6 ft and 190 lbs.

Best Dance Store in the Midwest! My daughter purchased her favorite pointe shoes there last summer while she was at an Intensive. I contacted the store and was able to purchase a new pair right over the phone. We received the shoes in 3 days which is amazing. The pointe shoes had the ribbons sewn exactly like her previous pair. They were perfect! My daughter is so happy and I have never had such a flawless experience. I highly recommend shopping there for all your dance supplies!
