I've called 3 times about getting an estimate to get my old pump that broke off and is wedged 30 ft from the bottom pushed the rest of the way down so the new pump will sit down far enough to pump off all the water and access the gas. I have given at least a week between calls with the response being that I'll get a call back. We have had no gas for heat or water for over a month which I have told them. Not once have I been contacted. I feel like any decent company doesn't ignore an opportunity to make money

Fast, Friendly and Under Budget! So I called a well company to come do a full upgrade to my system. After regularly delaying to even come and meet with me for two weeks I reached out to Ryan at Drill-Well LLC. Ryan met me the next day, diagnosed the problem and put together a solution in 30 mins. When I asked him when he could get started, He said, \tomorrow.\....Wow. I went back around the middle of the following day to look over the work. Ryan had diligently extracted the old tank and had begun installation of the new system. He took the time to explain the whole process and made suggestions along the way on how to maintain optimum water service. It's hard enough to find reliable contractors who stand by their work and come under budget. Even more so with a service related to wells. Ryan and Drill-Well are on my speed dial and should be on yours too. :-)
