Everyone here was amazing to work with. Buying the bike here was the most seamless experience I’ve ever had buying a bike or car for that matter. Had a small issue a couple days after the sale that wasn’t the dealers fault, but they helped me get it sorted out. My salesman Adam, even reached out and helped solve it on his day off while the dealership was closed. These guys are great and if you’re in the market for something they carry, I can’t recommend them enough

I understand that the dealer is busy, but when they say they are going to return a call or make contact and do not it gets pretty frustrating. My wife and I recently purchased a used BMW bike from another dealership only to find out 45 days later BMW put out a recall, all we are trying to do is schedule a time for our bike to be repaired. Is this a typical BMW service thing, or is it just this dealer?

Could improve customer service when it comes to ordering parts. There’s one person there that is absolutely tiptop, I don’t know her name, but she always comes through. Unfortunately there’s also been weeks or months of waiting with no status updates, no information, nothing is ever on hand — even simple maintenance items it seems like. I don’t understand how a dealership can never have parts on hand. I’ve done three parts orders through them, and every single one of them has been delayed at a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks. Edit: The company did reach out to me, they were very polite and very apologetic. I just wish it was a more timely resolution.

Well Google since you ask. Today was a day that brought heavy hearts and fond memories as I retrieved a bike who's owner was a friend of a Tech's grandfather who rode with his dad as well. We love our bikes, but we also love our people. The enthusiasm and heritage runs in their blood. And that is never disappointing! Five star kinda day!

Bought my Royal Enfield Himalayan here yesterday. This was my 5th bike purchase over the past couple of decades, but the first one purchased here and this was easily the best experience I have ever had buying a motorcycle. Adam and his team are awesome, they took care of me quickly, they never felt pushy at all, and I got a price and a bike I’m happy with. Looking forward to continuing to do business with these guys.
