They have a great selection of new shoes. I do feel like I never find anything in the store. Seems like there always out of our size. They also have a amount on how many people can be in the store. Had to wait in line but it was not to long.

I ordered a shoe from Finishline and when I received the shoe it had been worn!! I am a BIG sneaker head and spend a lot of money at Finishline so the fact that I received a shoe that has been worn as you can imagine I was not happy at all! I called the store to let them know that they are sending out worn shoes, I spoke to the manager PJ who was not helpful at all!! I am big on customer service and didn’t receive any good customer service!!! The least he could have done was apologize and I didn’t even get that! I called customer service they were able to apply my 20 status reward back on my account for the inconvenience! I will be sure not to order from that store again!!
