My experience with FlexPro was terrible. The shipment was received with the ice completely melted, food was room temperature and leaking. There were meat juices leaking from the shipping box. Had to throw it all away. See pictures. Would you eat that?! I tried calling the company but got no response. I sent an email complaining about how the shipment was received, but no response. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company and they are investigating.

Missed a shipment. No compensation. Never got anyone on the phone. Called 4 times. Left messages. No response. This place is a scam. Do not use this place. Emailed their “VP” of sales about this disaster and got nowhere. They stole 127.99 from me. Don’t let them do it to you.
