This store is a constant waste of my time, several times now I've gone to pick up online orders only to find that the item is out of stock. Amateur at best, negligent through and through. Don't shop at the skyview location.

Geek Squad is nothing but a joke. They charge you mammoth amount for protection plan. When you want to use it, you can't approach them in store, Online chat options is apparently useless and phone calls put you through hours of hold time. Useless feature to make FREE money.
Used the Dash Cam Auto Installation services. Half the cost, quick, and professional. Only problem was first time I called Best Buy rep said they no longer did it but after further investigation they certainly do. They also let me bring my own gear. Thanks.
Super impressed with the Geek Squad service, both in-store and on-site at home. I have worked with great techs any time I've had an encounter, they've been friendly and helpful!
I walked into the store on a Tuesday to ask whether or not my issue was something that Geek Squad would be able to remedy. I had heard that it was a complex issue that they couldn't handle. I brought my computer with me, because a lot of times, the model of computer you have directly effects the answer when it comes to these things. After a stood in line for a few minutes, the one tech that was there asks me if they were expecting me. I told her now, and that I just needed to ask her whether or not it was something that they could do. She immediately got all snarky with me and told me that she was with her current customers now and would be booked for the rest of the day. When I repeated that I only needed to ask a simple quick question before I wasted everyone's time with booking an appointment only to be told they couldn't do it. She, again with a very heavy attitude, told me that I would have to wait until after her current appointment. I stood there for a few minutes, and then looked at the overhead board and realized that her appointments that day her an hour long each, and we were only 5 minutes into the hour, I left. I was not waiting around for an hour to ask a question. I ended up going to another location a few days later, and we able to book an appointment shortly thereafter to get my issue resolved by very friendly and helpful staff at another location. This lady has VERY poor customer service skills and needs to learn how to check her attitude if shes going to deal with people. I will NEVER go back to deal with her again.

I brought my iMac in for repair of the hard drive that was under the three year warranty that they are dying to sell you. I told them the hard drive was broken because the system won't boot. Instead of replacing the hard drive they reinstalled the operating system and sent it back. A month later it was doing the same thing. Geek Squad manager said it was out of warranty and won't fix it. I told him they should have replaced the hard drive when I reported it and under warranty. They said they could not help me. Don't buy the extended warranty. It's a bait and switch.
