My expectations are rarely exceeded but they were with this company. Brought my car in after hitting a deer and it came out better than it looked before I even met the deer. Everything was really fast efficient communication was great! I never went a day without knowing how things were proceeding and the lounge has free non-alcoholic drinks the people that work there are super friendly and it's like it's their pleasure to serve you. I felt like a king and they even cleaned the inside of my car before they gave it back.

Just came a bit short of my expectations. Gary was very nice but a Friday finish turned into a following Tuesday after the painter called in “sick” conveniently after the Chiefs AFC championship loss. Upon inspecting the final job in the sun, I found a few big, obvious defects in the paint. These were obvious so the QC was not in tact. What a bummer.

Researching different shops around Kansas City led me to Hendrick with a lot of positive feedback on their service and quality of work. In my case not only was my repair done accurately other parts that were previously unnoticed at the time of taking the car in were corrected due to Hendrick doing a thorough job in inspecting the car and replacing all parts needed. So far I have nothing but good to say about their service and quality of work. I will probably update with an additional comment based on how well the paint holds up in another 6 to 9 months. Highly recommend these guys! Job well done!

First experience there and it was amazing. Really impressed with how well things were handled. The two ladies at the front desk were overly abrupt to the point of being rude but the rest of the experience gets 5 stars. Tim was our primary contact and he was fantastic. He kept us informed of the status of repairs and was always very pleasant. Hope we never need to go back but it will be our first choice if necessary.
