I have been to this dealership several years ago and was not pleased with the service given before. This time the service was direct, accurate and easy. I did not get a trade offer that was ridiculously low but was very close. I asked if we could do a little better and the offer was good to me. The price of the new vehicle was fair also. Because of this when I went in to sign final papers I was able to work out numbers to have longer warranty and care for new vehicle. For myself this vehicle is a purchase that I will have for a long period of time so putting everything together I was very happy.

We had a great experience buying a brand new Toyota Highlander Hybrid SUV from Jay Wolfe Toyota. Gonzalo was professional, helpful & friendly. He helped me narrow the selection of vehicles down quickly, arranged for me to drive my final choice home to show my wife, and then gave us a great deal without a ton of haggling (thank you). The extras Jay Wolfe offered (for example, 4 year free maintenance) were all helpful in making my final decision to buy from them. We love our new SUV and enjoyed our sales experience.

This was my 3rd visit to a dealership in search of a vehicle. When I got there the vehicle I drove all the way there for in was just being sold. Kerri was very helpful, listened to what I looking for and didn't try to show me something I wasn't interested in (unlike my previous experiences elsewhere prior). They were transparent on their prices and worked with my budget without pushing something on me. I was able to get the perfect car!! Much more so than I was originally looking for or expecting.... Rena in finance was wonderful also getting me a good rate and made the process easy!! I am so happy with my beautiful car and the stress free experience. Thank you so much. I just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Jay Wolfe Toyota. They earned our business again. We bought our second vehicle from them last week and I wanted recognize the great customer service we received. We were especially pleased with our sales rep, Greg \Goose\ Saragusa. He truly made us feel that he was our advocate throughout the process. And a nod goes to Ricky in finance who treated us very respectfully as well.
