The Damascus Chef knife is a beautiful and amazing addition to my kitchen collection! The craftsmanship and quality are among the best I have seen! Jaime’s talent is top-shelf!!! The handmade handle is a perfect fit and the knife has perfect balance and cuts like a dream. I told Jaime that it was simply too beautiful to use, but I conceded and have been using this knife daily. I am the type of person who has those favorite “go-tos” when I am working and this knife has stolen the spotlight in my kitchen collection! I have no doubt there will be more knives coming to join the collection in the future! Also, Jaime was wonderful to work with. He kept in frequent contact, letting me know how things were progressing to ensure the finished product was what I wanted. The final product was well beyond anything for which I could have asked! I love using this knife!

Jaime is very attentive and detailed in his woodwork! We got a custom chef’s cutting board that is one of a kind and we absolutely love it! We have also ordered knifes from Jaime they are very high quality, we even got rid of our cutco knifes. We only use his knifes! Anyone that is thinking of acquiring him for services you will not be disappointed!!! Definitely 100% recommend Kansas City Exotic Woodworks!
Jaime does absolutely beautiful work, and in a timely manor. We commissioned a custom table top, 2 benches, and an epoxy pour for a project I am working on. We couldn't be happier.
