Mr. Kinsman and the team have treated me wonderfully. They have returned all calls and taken all steps to ensure that I was treated fairly and have kept me informed throughout the entire process. Mr. Kinsman even took time to help me find a doctor that I felt comfortable with to aid me in my recovery. I would recommend this firm to everyone and anyone wanting a firm that they could talk to openly and that was understanding of all their issues.

I performed editing services for this law firm, but attorney Adam Krause ignored my invoice for two months before finally writing back and telling me that he had expected more hours of work from me. Since I did not work for as many hours as he expected, he apparently decided not to pay me for any of the hours I put in, and he ghosted me in the process. I was very disappointed; he had seemed like a really warm and professional person before this. Please be careful if doing business with Krause & Kinsman Law Firm; it really seems as though they cannot be counted on to honor their obligations, and they certainly do a poor job of communicating.
Great firm very professional and understanding with their clients. Especially with the cases concerning Bsoa ( Boy Scouts of America). Great case workers who understand the pain and suffering that many of us have endured for so many years. God bless you guys the case hasn't been won yet but just being able to reveal this atrocious act is liberating.
